SLA and Application summury report differs

So we have few BPM's running from different location and while reviewing the SLM report we see two applications with critical error at a certain time. But when we looked at the application summary and error summary for the applications at the exact same time,we dont get any error reported.

Does anyone know what might be wrong here?

Thanks

Re: SLA and Application summury report differs

for which KPI you observed error ? does threshold for KPIs set in SLA is same as that set in End User Management module ?

I am attaching here with two snap shots. One of the SLm report and the next is the BPM error log of the BPM named CONS_ISP_ATnT.SLM shows a availability issue at 10 in the morning where as error summary doesnt have anything on it.

Re: SLA and Application summury report differs

Dude, first of all you really need to learn the names of the applications that you are using. The snapshot you attached which you call "SLM report" is nothing else then the Service Health (SH) KPI Over Time report.
Second of all, SLM and SH are calcuating KPIs in different ways.

And last thing - in order to understand why the KPI Application Availability on your BizApp was Critical (red) at the morning we need to know which CIs are impacting it, what business rule you have on the KPI and of course what were the statuses of it children.

Good luck...
