I got this error and don't know how to fix it..
server of this sat is 2003. Maybe someone will help me.

WHich version of the product are you using ? Can you please check if all the files required for OS deployment from network are present at the CORE/SATELLITE?

If this RCA 9.1 and above, the OS deployment requires running OSM First time setup. This prepares the WInpe and other files and copies to the right location ( Boot Server) in the CORE. If you have satellite  in envronment, then all those files need to be copied to each of those satellites.
