FAQ - Updating your email address

Micro Focus uses the email address that you put into your Passport account when you registered.  You can change this when you are in the Community by doing the following: 

  • You need to be logged into the Micro Focus Community.
  • Go to your View Profile page (click your screen name in the gray navigation bar)
  • Under "My Community" in the right rail, click on "My Preferences." This will open your profile for editing. 
  • Click on "Contact Information" (in light gray font). This will take you to your Passport account information. 
  • You may have to enter your password to log into your Passport account
  • Enter the new email address in the appropriate field and press “Submit.” 
  • This will take you back to the Micro Focus Community.
  • Log out and log in again. Your email address will be automatically updated.
