how to access options under view tab

On the View ribbon, these commands are not available:

•Cascade - arranges the maximised windows behind each other
•Side by Side - arranges the selected windows side by side, if possible
•Stacked - arranges the selected windows underneath each other, if possible
•Close All - closes all open windows

 

please help

Are they not visible, or greyed out?

If not visible, make sure you are using the HPE Content Manager application, not the HPE CM Desktop application (which is a feature-light alternative to the full client).

If they are greyed out, note that in order for these features to work, you should have opened a few tabs firstly, as those icons rearrange your search result windows depending on what you select.

Under View | Click Windows icon.  If more than one windows are open in HPE CM, the new window will open with Active, OK, Save, Close Window(s) and Minimize available. Cascade, Tile Horozontally and Tile Vertically will be grayed out.

Shfit and click to select other open windows. When more than one window is selected, the grayed out buttons become available.
