(DP) Support Tip: License was added but it's not recognized (DP10.03)

Issue

This is a new setup environment with DP10.03 .
Even though License was added , Evaluation License is still displayed .

Cause

According to server.log , certificates errors can be seen .

Workaround / Fix

To resolve certificates issue follow procedure described in:
https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Data_Protector:10.03/Admin/Installation/Description/DES_Regenerate_Certificates .

After certificates regeneration, verify that Server Application logs contain no new known certificates errors.
