How can I use the TFS Build step without causing a CorruptZipFile failure in Fortify?

I have a TFS Build that uses the "Fortify on Demand Static Assessment" step.  Whenever it uploads to Fortify, I get a Canceled Scan due to a CorruptZipFile.  So in order to test if that file was actually corrupt, I've opened it and verified the contents.  I also have taken the same zip file and uploaded it manually and kicked off a scan without issue.  We are using version 1.23 of the Fortify plugin for visual studio.  And are using MS Team Foundation Server Version 14.102.25423.0

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The support staff hasn't been too helpful, and I need to get this fixed.
