Custom Resource Provider Types and Units

Custom Resource Provider Types and Units

It would be good to be able to create Custom Resource Provider Types and Units in the Provider Resource Pools.

One example for better understanding: A SQL Server has a limited number of DTUs (Database Transaction Unit). One DB needs a defined size expressed in DTUs. It is needed to map the DTUSs to Resource Pools. Unfortunately there are limits in the resource pool resource types. It is not possible to create a new resource type.

Custom Provider type is possible to create in the current product. Cutsom resource type is not possible to define currently and yes, it is a valid use case.
