service api message The Record you are attempting to update is not current

We were facing issue when using serviceapi and webclient request to the same record within seconds diffenece.

we were enabled the audting logs in the system.

{"ResponseStatus":{"ErrorCode":"TrimException","Message":"The Record you are attempting to update is not current - it was updated by <user> on 7:04:29 AM. You should refresh your Record and retry your updates.","Errors":[]}}

now the question is RM is not able to manage the concurrent requests to fetch the record.

thanks,

Sarath.

Re: service api message The Record you are attempting to update is not current

Enable the options in teh System Options under the TAB Miscellaneous for: "Continue to process update transactions when they are based on out of date cached data".

That shoudl resolve your issue.
