Please note that based on the feedback received so far on confidentiality of the device support request data from various customers, we have decided to come up with the following process to submit device support requests.
In summary, the requests should not be submitted to Idea Exchange but directly submitted on SSO following the steps mentioned below.
If the idea is related to a device support request, please fill in the following check-lists:
For NNMi device support,
[ Download the checklist (NNMi_Device_support_req.docx) from the "Forms / Processes / Docs" section ]
For NA driver support,
[ Download the checklist (NA_Device_Support_Request_Form.docx) from the "Forms / Processes / Docs" section ]
Once done, please submit the request at:
Select "Product Enhancement Request" and follow the prompts.
Please note that for existing device support ideas, we will look at if there is any ER that already exists in SSO and if not, we will reach out to you individually to submit the requests in SSO. We apologize for the inconvenience but given the confidentiality of data and based on strong customer feedback, we are taking this decision.
