Replace the IBM Cognos technology of the Network Performanc Server by Microfocus Vertica

Since version 9, the NPS relies on IBM Cognos Business Intelligence technology.
Any user of the iSPI Metrics for Performance will recognize the analytical richness of the solution but also the lack of ergonomics of the Report Frontend, its ugliness, its functional limitations, ...
If this choice could be understood at start-up because HPE / Microfocus did not have any technologies of Business Intelligence, meanwhile HPE / Microfocus acquired Vertica technology which is light years away from IBM Cognos. To realize this, you only need to attend a demonstration of CA Perfomance management based on Vertica DR.
When will we also be able to take advantage of this Vertica technology for the NPS ?

The latest thing is an update to Cognos 11 and then using Informix as the Content Store. Our standard preventing us from using this database. Not to mention it is worse that Sybase ASE. Can't say that I understand what thought process when in to this latest change at all.
