Support telemetry streaming for Cisco & juniper

Support telemetry streaming for Cisco & juniper

Both vendors are starting to roll out projects with customers supporting telemetry streaming on their devices. This is a disruptive method of providing managemend information which intends to replace SNMP in the long term.

Some of our biggest clients have dedicated plans and we must be aligned with this technology starting in the area of status/health/metric collection.

We have a lot of Nokia (prev. Alcatel)  SR OS devices that are now capable of pusing telemetry information to the collectors. It would be nice to think of enhancing the collection mechanism in NNM and NA.
