Difference between options present in Incident management and Incident browsing in NNMi 9.10

Hi frnds,
Difference between options present in Incident management and Incident browsing. Like in both tabs there is an option called "Open Key Incidents". Is there any difference or advantages.

Please suggest, and please send documentation on this if anybody have.

Thanks,

Hi Bharath,

Incident management is intended to access the incidents that are most important to the network operator (it's a workflow thing). Incident browsing is more a gathering of views to access your incident database.

There's no difference between "Open Key Incidents" in both workspaces. Online help is available, you can start at "About Workspaces". Regards,

Incident browsing is using for browse the incidents. Open closed like that.

In Incident management you can assign the incident to the particular person like that operation too. Not a major differences in that.

if you have doubt, go to the following address, and find download the documents,
