4 Things You Should Know About the New Micro Focus Community Site
Over the last few months, we have been focused on improving site navigation to create a more seamless and informative user experience, along with updating the look and feel of the community. The new community is organized into “neighborhoods” (i.e., Micro Focus Product Solution Areas) to help you quickly find information on your favorite products. Here are four things you need to know about the new community structure:
- We are combining six Micro Focus communities, which reside on different platforms, into one to help house and organize information for more productive searches to help you quickly find answers to your questions. The Telligent Community will be the first migration, updates will be posted on all communities as we move through this process.
- We are expanding our rewards program and adding a spotlight feature to get to know our awesome Knowledge Partners and other community super users.
- We listened! A library of “Tips & Tricks” will be available where you will find community- and Micro Focus‑contributed product information and updates, webinars, how-to’s, accepted solutions, support tips, etc.
- We will be building content for our four Market Trend areas, which include: Enterprise DevOps; Hybrid IT Management; Security, Risk, and Governance; and Predictive Analytics.
The Telligent Community migration go live date is tentatively scheduled for the end of January. You will receive a few reminder emails leading up to that date which will contain the community link and instructions on how to get started.
