Syslog Connector Caching and Restartign Frequently

Hello Expertise ,

We have syslog connector installed in our environment on UDP port 514 and is forwarding logs to logger . teh issue that we are cureently fascing is connector is randomly getting up and down and we are getting the below error frequently :-

2017-07-03 11:26:06,839][WARN ][default.com.arcsight.agent.loadable.transport.event._AgentLoggerSecureEventTransport][openConnection]
java.net.SocketException: No buffer space available (maximum connections reached?): connect
    at java.net.DualStackPlainSocketImpl.connect0(Native Method)
    at java.net.DualStackPlainSocketImpl.socketConnect(DualStackPlainSocketImpl.java:83)
    at java.net.AbstractPlainSocketImpl.doConnect(AbstractPlainSocketImpl.java:350)

We have checked and tried to run connector in debug mode , but no luck . As per the initiative , we have enabled multithrading on the connector .

Any suggestions abourt how to address the same ?

Awaiting an early response on the same .

Regards ,

Sanyam
