(PC) Support tip: Error, failed to start run with current timeslot

When we tried to run a test we are getting the following error: "Error, failed to start run with current timeslot" this error is happening after restore the lab_project. 

So to fix this issue:

1. Deactivate the project

2. Remove the project from Site Administration

3. Restore the project

4. Activate the project

After this steps, we are able to run test.
