(PC) Support tip: In PC12.55 or 12.56 is there a way to increase collate timeout for large results

Problem:

When running large endurance tests from PC12.55 or 12.56 which could generate large results sets, is there a way to increase the collate timeout so all the results could be collated successfully without timeout

Resolution:

There is a project level timeout setting that can be defined for collate timeout which will apply to all the loadtests within that project. To define the timeout:

  1. Login to myPC
  2. Go to Tools->Controller Options->Run Results->Collate Settings->Timeout->Collate timeout and define the desired value that could accommodate large results
