(PC) Support tip: Not able to add a LG machine to the Lab Management, over firewall
When try to add a machine to the Lab Management we are not able to do it, the LG machine is configured over firewall.
"The host xxxxxx is not connected to the mi listener xxxxxx. Please check the agent configuration on the host machine."
Checking the LG Agent configuration we can see that the MI Listener machine name has a misspelling. So we set the correct name and then we are able to add the LG machine to the Lab Management.
