A new KCS article was published: KM00473691

When viewing the Progress bar on the Project's Overall Status section, 0% shown to Users without a Project Management License

1. Login as User with a Project Management (PM) License.
2. Create a Project.
3. Create a Work Plan and add some Tasks and make one of them Complete.
4. The Project Progress bar shows the actual Percent Complete.
5. Now login as other User with non-PM License and view the Project; the Project Progress bar shows 0%.
