Re: Urgent Issue - Double Header Appearing, PPM Home Page Not Responding

Hi there,

Were there any changes to your header.jsp file?

Also verify the server logs and find any errors.

We had similar error in the past and we solved this by recompiling the jsp pages.

Step:

1) Stop PPM,

2) Delete tmp and work folder under all the nodes

3) run kJSPCompiler.sh

4) Start PPM.

Re: Urgent Issue - Double Header Appearing, PPM Home Page Not Responding

There haven't been any changes to anything.

Restarting the application fixed it, though.

Maybe it's just suffering from old age.

Re: Urgent Issue - Double Header Appearing, PPM Home Page Not Responding

Please check in the server if there are any backup files other than menu.xml.

If there are more than one menu.xml ... may cause this type issue.

Make sure thereis only one menu.xml in the server.

Thanks,

Re: Urgent Issue - Double Header Appearing, PPM Home Page Not Responding

There weren't any multiple files or extra backups. Bouncing the application on the server resolved the issue.

Thanks,

Tom
