defects change status in excel report

Hi

I´m trying to generate a excel report with QC 10 Dashboard to view the time elapsed between diferent defects status (from "Open" to "Close" for ie).

I would like choose a field to make the seleccion filter like: only defects with field "peticion= 1234" and generate something like this (view attachment).

Have someone some example of this report or can someone help me with some example code...
