When there is no SSO capability for some type of customers there should be an ability to reset a password for that operators.
When they press "Forgot my password", there should be a wizard for resetting a password like please enter a first name, last name and an e-mail for that account.
Link for reset a password would be sent to an e-mail which is set up into account.
The company has agency employees or has partners which need to access SMAX for purpose of creating new records or updating existing records.
Service Desk will spend a lot of time just for reset password while it can be done automatically.
