JVM issue on SERVICE DESK

Well, although those messages are more a Warning than an error, you might consider increasing the JVM settings and Garbage Collection.

Because you did not mentioned what version of Service Desk you are using, I will refer you to the documentation in both:

Check the Installation guide for SD4.5, section named "Optimizing the Memory Settings"

or if you are using SD5.1, check the installation guide, section: "Optimizing the Java Environment"
