a question:
Can I, however, get session ID/or some other criterial, to using WebApi update some fields in opened window.
For example:
Some user logged in ServiceDesk and run Menu Actions->SmartActions->SomeAction. This SomeAction do change some fields and Update opened user logged Window. And logged user seeing updated fields.

I would suggest you using Inbound Data exchange for this approach.

This functionality allows you to call external script and return fields to HPSD form while this form is opened for the user.

I just used this technology to update CI information from CI-1 to CI-2 called from workorder form.

i`m just a beginner in HPSD, so can you explain what is it "Inbound Data exchange", and where can i get it?
