I want to know "How to configure failover cluster of ServiceManager9 on Windows 2008 Server?".
 
Could you share documentation/Steps for implementing HPE ServiceManager9 in MS cluster enviornmnet (Active-Standby)?

The best would be use a external Load Balancer, like F5, it's supported by all 9.x (make sure it's supported by your version)
