Scheduled Action isn't working

Hi HP Geeks.

We face a problem in our system where whenever we start the scheduled action process in HP Service Manager it stop again with any refresh and we have about 6000 record pending on that action. 

is there any method to enable this process. permenanatly again. it was working for about a yeat without a problem.

I would startup the background process as a separate process and trace it in its own log so you can see what is going on.  You can do that with:

sm -bg scheduler <name of process> 60 0 -RTM:3 -debugdbquery:999 -log:schedule.log
