Set Assignee via Script or rule set

Hello Experts , 

i have a situation that i need to create a rule set to set the assignee name 

the setuation is , on interaction level some times users create and interaction and then click on escelate buttom on the frist logging form (without save it frist and set an assignee ) , which the assigne name is not set . the issue that i had now that i need to set the assigne name for this interaction , 

i need to create a rule set on the transition from LOGGING to categorization that set the assigne to the current operator .

please help me what is the script i need to have 

i tried a rule that set filed with script like value=operator(); and value=$lo.user.name  and it failed 

any ideas ?

As the interaction is being logged, on initialization, why not setup the Assignee field to the operator logging the ticket?

Please test the below fix. It's working on my 9.3X environment. Set field via a ruleset using Javascript. Use the "vars", replace the "DOTs" with underscore for the variable $lo.user.name. You may comment the print once tested.

value=vars.$lo_user_name;
print("Set Assignee_TEST");
