Smart Email can't process Email Task Queue

Hello,

I set up Smart Email for SM 9.52, into Integration Manager I can read INBOX, in the log I see some emails were sent to the Email task queue, but SM doesn't process this queue. Im stuck in the status NEW for this ids.

I ran manually into Syste Status  - Start scheduler - Smart Email Processor
