OM9 unable to connect to db after db upgrade.

OM9 unable to connect to db after db upgrade.

After upgraded the oracle db from version 11 to version 12.1, I get this error "Database: ORA-28000: the account is locked  (OpC50-15)"

Is it referring to the opc_op account? or some other account?

Hi,

I suppsoe the fastest  way is to ask Oracle administrators to run:
   select * from dba_users
and get list of users and their statuses . For locked user run :
   alter user <...>  account unlock
